AEGI has evaluated hundreds of losses which were suspected to have been caused by a gas or electrical component or system failure.  Care must be taken to analyze and evaluate the evidence left behind to determine if the gas or electrical event caused or contributed to the loss. Our fire expertise includes:    Marine, Vehicle, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Gas, Explosion, Appliances and Electrical Components.  Areas of specialization include electrical/gas appliances and component failure analysis, as well as causation and contributing factor determination.  Our experts perform pre and post-fire electrical/gas equipment and system analysis.

Specific projects have involved: Electrical component and wiring failures, electrical motor failures, electrical heating/cooling systems, refrigeration electrical systems, lightning damage, electrical code compliance issues, marine and vehicular electrical and mechanical systems, propane and natural gas line failures, gas appliances, and manufacturing and installation issues.
