Damage to structures occur in many ways - fire, wind, flooding, water leakage, deterioration/decay, impact by trees and vehicles, vandalism , sinkholes, tree roots, and improperly compacted soil, to name a few.  These losses often require an engineering analysis.  The cause and extent of the damage can affect insurance coverage or the analysis may show that a third party is responsible for the loss, with a possibility of subrogation.  The cost of repair as compared to replacement is also important and the building code may require upgrading to the current code, based on the relative cost of the repair/replacement with respect to the value of the structure.  AEGI has the expertise to determine the cause as well as the appropriate remediation in compliance with existing building codes.   Engineering specifications/drawings for the proper repair/replacement can also be prepared.
